JohnGRAHAM(GARY) Cynthia, Martin, Matthew, Lorraine, Callum and Lauren wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours, all at St. Elizabeth's Church, and former colleagues of H.N.H. Hurlston Hall Golf Club for their cards, Mass cards, letters and donations to Queenscourt Hospice. Many thanks to Dr. Kippax and all at Lathom House Surgery, district nurses and staff at Southport Hospital. To all staff and Father John at Queenscourt Hospice for the special care they gave to John in his final days.
